With Dreamhack Open Montreal set to start, here are all the details you need to know regarding the groups, schedule, and prize-pool distribution.
Running from September 8-10, the next DreamHack Open stop will see eight teams battle it out for a cut of the $100,000 prize-pool at the Place Bonaventure in Montreal, Canada.
Just a few days after playing in Malmö, North are ready for DH Montreal
Six invited participants will be joined by two sides that came from the qualifying stages. Kinguin, who qualified in Europe following Space Soldiers' withdrawal, have been placed in the same group as North, CLG and Gale Force. As for Group B, it will feature Complexity, who qualified in North America, Cloud9 and the Brazilian duo Immortals and Luminosity.

As it is usual in DreamHack Open editions, the group stage will consist of a double-elimination format, in which the elimination and decider matches are played in a best-of-three format. The playoffs will feature a single-elimination bracket, with all matches being played in a best-of-three format.
